And away we go.......
How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Since way before Moses parted the sea.
Well, 9 years actually. I joined on 26 Jan 2007.
What does your username mean?
It doesn't mean fast & furious, instead it's totally the opposite. You know, like driving a car but it moves like a tortoise because of bumper-to-bumper traffic. The kind of vicious slow drive that frustrates the hell out of you that you want to kill yourself. No idea why I chose that username though. And yes I purposely spelled "vicious" as "viscious." I know you don't believe me......
Describe yourself in three words.
Alive, coasting, kind of dead.
Are you left or right handed?
What was your first deviation?
It's called Congas In The Deep Congo. Isn't it just.....sad....bits of bak choy on the ground....I mean really!
9 years later things get even sadder.....
What is your favourite type of art to create?
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
What was your first favourite?
I really don't remember. Is there a way to find out?
What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
Abtracts and colourful works be it digital, traditional or mixed media.
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
DeviantArt is like a favourite superband. And the myriad of artists are the expressive songs. You just cannot make me choose because there are just too many amazing songs. Right?
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
No idea. And even if I knew, I am not sure I'd tell you.
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
I remember katat0nik
buying me a subscription. I thought what a generous gesture! It was just so cool and nice of her to do that. I remember thinking when I can I shall pay it forward...and I have!
That subscription she gave me also meant my DA account came with all the bells & whistles and that got me very excited because it now means I could showcase other artists that I love in my journals, with thumbs, not links! . So, wherever you are Jane, thank you & I hope your life is blessed!
What are your preferred tools to create art?
Inkscape. I do miss my colour pencils though.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
My desk with my favourite music playing.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
That's hard to pin down but there is no doubt that it is the deviants that makes this site enjoyable. Whether it's their works of art or the interactions or conversations/comments/discussions. I also love the fact that with each DeviantArt birthday celebration, I see DA changing & improving & moving with the times. !5 years has passed & DeviantArt is still here kicking ass. Long live DeviantArt! Long live fellow Deviants!
Cheers, Peace, Love
